Submission must be successfully registered online on or before Monday, May 22, 2017 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time. The Submission deadline for Sprint customers is Sunday, May 7, 2017 at 11:59:50 PM.
What are considered as valid purchases for this promotion?
The LG G6 handset must be purchased as new at carrier stores and their authorized retailers, authorized national retailers* and authorized online dealers during the valid promotion period.

Do I qualify if I purchased a refurbished or used LG G6?
Unfortunately, this promotion is only available for new device purchases from authorized retailers of LG G6.
I purchased an LG device other than the LG G6. Do I qualify to redeem this promotion?
No. To be eligible for this promotion you must purchase an LG G6 between Friday, March 17, 2017 and Sunday, May 7, 2017 ("Promotion Period") at a participating retailer. The “Promotion Period” for Sprint customers is between Friday, March 17, 2017 through Thursday, May 11, 2017.
How many times can I apply for this promotion?
You are eligible to receive one (1) Google Home voice-activated speaker for each new LG G6 device purchased within the “Promotion Period”. Redemptions for multiple phones will need to be individually submitted with valid proof of purchase and device IMEI number for each. There is a maximum of five devices per submission session. If you purchased multiple devices through any Buy One Get One Free (“BOGO”) promotion you are only eligible to receive one (1) Google Home device per BOGO transaction. Decisions regarding eligibility to receive a Google Home in situations of combined offers are to be made in LG’s sole discretion, whose decision is final and binding.

You must provide a valid purchase receipt from an authorized retailer with proof of purchase made between Friday, March 17, 2017 and Sunday, May 7, 2017. For Sprint customers, a valid purchase receipt from an authorized retailer must show the purchase date within the “Promotion Period” between Friday, March 17, 2017 and Thursday, May 11, 2017. Make sure to include a picture of G6 box with IMEI number. Online submissions must be received by Monday, May 22, 2017 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time. The online submissions deadline for Sprint customers is Friday, May 26, 2017 at 11:59:59 PM.
What do I do if I can’t find my IMEI/MEID number?
IMEI/MEID number can be found on the product box, near the UPC code. Please note your IMEI # is 15 digits. Sprint customers should enter their MEID HEX # which is 14 digits.
What if I don’t have my UPC code or the product box?
IMEI number can also be found with the settings of the LG G6

The website won’t accept my IMEI number. An error message appears telling me that my IMEI number is invalid/ incorrect.
The number was either entered incorrectly or the phone was purchased from a non-participating retailer. Please note your IMEI # is 15 digits. Sprint customers should enter their MEID HEX # which is 14 digits. Please do not include any spaces or dashes when inputting your information. Can I redeem this promotion before I receive my phone (i.e. purchased online or during pre-order period)?
No. You must have the phone to be able to provide that device’s IMEI number during the submission process. All LG G6 devices that are returned within the carrier 14 day return window are not eligible for the promotion.
I lost the receipt to verify my purchase of the LG G6. If I can provide the IMEI number, can I still redeem this promotion?
No. Having a valid proof of purchase is required to participate in this promotion. No exceptions.
My submission was rejected and I’d like to resubmit. What is the deadline?
The deadline for
resubmissions for rejected entries is Friday, June 16, 2017 PM Eastern Time.
Do I need to pay taxes or shipping fees?
The participant is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with receiving the speaker. LG will cover the cost of shipping fees.
Can I mail in a submission form?
No. Mail-in forms will not be accepted for this promotion.

You will receive an email confirming that the request has been received and is being processed within 24 hours of submitting the request.

Why did my submission get rejected? Can I resubmit again?
The submission was rejected for one or more of the following reasons:
- Missing receipt or the receipt was invalid for one or more of the following reasons:

What happens if I've received a defective Google Home voice-activated speaker? Can I return it to a carrier store location?
The speaker cannot be returned to retail stores, carriers, or to LG for monetary value. If the Earphones are delivered damaged and/or are not functioning properly LG will replace it free of charge, but reserves the right to do so based on credible proof of the damage/malfunction claim.
